I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY SOME PEOPLE DECIDED TO BECOME MEMBER ON THE BOARD AND NEVE,EVER POST ANYTHING OR REPLYING ON ANY POST?
SERIOUSELY,I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW OR UNDERSTAND THAT BECAUSE I THOUGHT THE IDEA OF BECOME A MEMBER ON A FORUM BOARD IS TO EXPRESS YOUR FEELING ABOUT THINGS THAT HAPPENING,SPEAK YOUR MIND,PARTICIPATE ON THE ACTIVITIES ON THE BOARD.
IF YOU JUST HERE TO READ OTHER PEOPLES POST I THINK YOU CAN WITH OUT BEEN A MEMBER ON THE BOARD.
I HOPE I DID NOT VIOLATE ANY RULES BY POSTING THIS.
I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY BECOME A MEMBER ON ANY FORUM BOARD WHEN YOU NEVER POSTING ANYTHING?
I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND AND GIVE ME AN ANSWER

A lot of Haitians do not have the intellect nor the mental capacity to discuss anything accordingly. Many of them lack articulation to be constructive inductive thinkers period and that is a shame.
